Sea Salt is a newly constructed Gulf-front home that opened mid-June 2020. The house is situated on a lot overlooking natural dunes and scrub with an unobstructed view of the water. Among its many features are a private pool, elevator, two refrigerators, 2 living spaces, and private beach access that only services the guests of Monarch Beach subdivision. The property is on the north end of Cape San Blas.
