Sea Salt is a Gulf-front home that first welcomed guests in June 2020.  The lot is situated on the northern end of Cape San Blas in the new Monarch Beach development.  This Gulf-front home overlooks natural dunes and scrub and has an unobstructed view of the ocean.  Among its many features are a private salt-water pool, elevator, 2 refrigerators (and two mini), and beach access available only to guests of Monarch Beach. Beach towels (8) and beach chairs included (10-14).  Other amenities are listed below. Â
